I started training at 15, a time when I lacked confidence, strength, and direction.
Physically and mentally, I knew I had to change.
I wasn't looking for comfort.
I was looking for intensity, discipline, and consistency.
Building a solid body

I initially turned to combat sports , then to wrestling and grappling .
But what impressed me most was the physical preparation : building a strong, athletic and versatile body , capable of performing anywhere 💪
Over the years, I have developed a comprehensive approach :
• bodybuilding
• street workout
• home workouts
• Body weight and resistance bands
The goal has never been simply to be muscular , but strong , functional , and mentally resilient.
